Meet Marti

I believe if you are buying your first home or forever home, it's equally special. I originally ran a successful business in the pet service industry for 15 years offering luxury mobile pet grooming, primarily in the South Charlotte area. Both as a native of the Washington DC area and the past 20 years in Charlotte, I have learned over the years how important the relationship and trust between agent and client can be as it's similar to pet groomer and pet parent. In early 2021, I slowly transitioned into my second love (beyond dogs and cats) which is real estate and the exciting and dynamic work of helping my clients with all of their real estate dreams. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to equally serve the Latino community which touches my Colombian roots. In my role as a trusted real estate advisor, I recognize that selling and/or buying a home is both a complex process, as well as a deeply personal experience. Additionally, there are financial and personal ramifications. With this perspective, the personal responsibility I feel toward my clients drives me to excel in my field by knowing the market, the players, and the nuances involved in the real estate process.
